Information

At Aunt Ruby's we always start with the best ingredients and the highest quality peanuts. High-quality ingredients help to make Aunt Ruby's Peanut Brittle a favorite of many generations of consumers. Aunt Ruby's starts each batch of peanut brittle with our peanuts, grown right here in North Carolina. When you need a thank you gift or when you wish to spoil someone on a special occasion, treat them to Aunt Ruby's Peanut Brittle. When you buy peanut brittle, you get a delicious and wholesome snack that we sell in convenient one pound tins.

Do to the number of people who buy peanut brittle from Aunt Ruby's we have added a few outstanding discounts when you buy in bulk, and it makes sense to buy peanut brittle in bulk because it is only around a few times each year. The small tin is one pound. We offer savings on four one-pound tins, 12 one-pound tins, and 20 one-pound tin purchases. We do this because our peanut brittle makes such awesome gifts and because people like to hoard it in their cupboards. Our recipe produces old-fashioned homemade peanut brittle that is super crunchy and honey-colored. It is a sweet snack that the whole family will love. Shop now before it's gone!

My mom made the best peanut brittle. and after her passing there was no where to find good peanut brittle. I have been buying Aunt Rub's products for a lot of years love the white chocolate and the cashews, not till recently did I try the peanut brittle. and wow all I can say it is the best I have ever had. will have to slow down on the whit chocolate to purchase more of the peanut brittle. Try a tin you will not be sorry. Probably have to hide it from the wife and kids. LOL

Many years ago I coordinated the making of peanut brittle for a church fund raising project. We used a secret family recipe, and the way we stretched the peanut brittle made it thin, light, and delicious. I just recently tried Aunt Ruby's peanut brittle. It is absolutely delicious, and even better than what we made because they use their famous redskin peanuts, whereas we used spanish peanuts.
